In addition to the “Immediate Needs” list (seen on the right-hand column of this page) which serve the day to day needs of our guests, the following accepted items also help meet the emergency and more specialized needs of guests — especially as they stabilize and seek permanent housing. You can always call us directly in the Day Shelter at (812) 426-9960 and ask us what else we might need to serve others.
We appreciate the generosity of our donors who provide many of the necessities we use each day. Please note that we ask that all items be clean, safe and in working condition. New and used items are accepted in most instances; however, if the item is something you would never use, wear or desire then the same goes for the people we serve.
